As a Line Leader, supervise two productions lines consisting of 5-10 Team Members to meet high production goals while continuously monitoring for proper use of PPE including safety googles and earplugs.
Troubleshoot machines for signs of wear and tear and conduct maintenance to repair and call outside maintenance company for non-routine machine defects.
Test for leaks in tire plugs using testing equipment.
Complete Quality Assurance tests on tire PSI levels and proper labelling and handling of tires.
