I am skilled in Catia V5 and SolidWorks, with over 150,000 hours of experience, and have managed a lab conducting various testing using MTS hydraulic systems. As a lead designer and staff engineer, I excel in customer interaction, project coordination, and effective management through different design phases, fabrication, and scheduling. I am detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy problem-solving. My strengths include analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing Lean Six Sigma solutions. Qualifications:

I am a responsible aircraft A&P, design engineer, lab technician, and project engineer with over 20 years of experience. I possess strong analytical and communication skills and am proficient in 3D CAD programs, including SolidWorks and Catia V4/V5. My MTS training spans over 80 hours, with over 15 years of experience in static and fatigue testing for major aircraft manufacturers like Boeing, Embraer, Airbus, Gulfstream and Sikorsky. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, with training in Project Management Essentials, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Foundations, Management Fundamentals, managing small projects, and Earned Value Management. I coordinate engineering tasks efficiently and communicate technical risks and mitigation strategies with upper management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and FAA DARs & DERs for compliance. Successfully on time and on budget lead the design and qualification effort for the Airbus A380 structural support system for the entire wing to body fairing delivered to a tier One Airbus supplier. This effort resulted in the creation of over 200 discrete assemblies. Lead the R&D, design and manufacturer efforts for the new 737 max engine struts. Manage the design, manufacturer, and FAA & CAAI certification efforts for the various Gulfstream platforms G280, G550, G600, G800 structural support systems, control rods, engine struts, noise reduction elastomeric rod assemblies. Manage the quoting, design, manufacturer, and qualification efforts for the various Embraer platforms Phenom 300, Legacy 450/500, E170/190 and the KC390 structural support systems delivered direct to Embraer. This effort resulted in the creation of over 100 discrete assemblies. Heavy involved in process improvement, cost reduction, and second source requalification efforts for legacy programs. Education:
