Real World Operations Lead for AMRDEC’s NSITE Project office. Responsible for all aspects of collecting Air Defense System’s data from the Missile Defense Agency’s C2BMC networks for analysis of missile launches worldwide.

SAIC – S3i - Huntsville, Al 2016-2020

Tier-III Client/Server/Network Support Engineer supporting the MDA. Provided communications support for MDA’s ground and flight tests, both remotely and deployed for on-site support. Worked in a team environment to implement DISA STIGs to network, system, and workstation devices, successfully passing a Command Cyber Readiness Inspections.

SAIC – Pacific Missile Range Facility 2006-2016

Tier-III Client/Server/Network Support Engineer for the Missile Defense Agency supporting real-world operations and Test and Evaluation events. During high OPTEMPO periods, required to perform triage on problems, issues, and requests ensuring the most critical are directed to the proper resources. System/Network administrator for a 40 node Linux lab that supported the analysis and electronic transfer of missile flight test data.
