Alpha Omega Plastic Mfg LLC (Manufacturer of OBD grade Plastic Packaging Material) As Assistant Manager – QC/Coordination/Formulation development (Jan 2017 till date) RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To co ordinate and control the day to day operations of inspection personnel, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment, ensuring, all plant and equipment are safely operated.

- To define the required quality control parameters and specifications of finished product and develop the test method.

- To comply with all relevant Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) regulations, in the performance of all activities

EnPro – Engsl Minerals DMCC (Develops new technologies and processes.) As Lead CHEMIST for QC/QA/R&D/Process (Feb 2013 to Dec 2016) RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform and assign tasks to subordinates on day-to-day basis in compliance with HSE and company’s standards to ensure and enhance the plants’ efficiency and reliability.

To prepare process operating procedures and provide technical/coordination supervision for scale up in the plant for the preparation of products on batch and continuous modes.

To perform the routine chemical analysis of samples from in house process runs, crude oil feed stock, thinner solvents, corrosion inhibitors, ant scaling agents, RO plant, fly ash, mining soil samples, ores, samples as per in house standard methods based on international standards including ASTM.

To plan and conduct industrial trial, study feasibility through final process optimization and maintain records and reports of all experimental data on regular basis.

To define the required control parameters of process, product/raw material specifications and develop the test method.

To update and coordinate periodic project status reports and closeout summaries.

Assist with process trouble shooting and investigation of anomalies.

To prepare and review trial reports, test methods, SOP’s & quality control system as per ISO standards for the industrial operation covering in process and final release activities and to work on anomalies, when observed..

Perform evaluation and yield estimation based on chemical analysis of materials including fly ashes, waste material and industrial bi products for the estimation of their respective CO2 capture capacities, extracting valuable raw material and re utilizing in useful ways.

To coordinate with operation team in preparation of required bulk for plant operation and dosing to process streams and pipelines to ensure maintaining the parameters within range of targeted level.

To evaluate XRD, XRF, nitrogen isotherm, and chemical test reports of trial process samples from external Laboratories, set the required chemical analysis parameter details of samples pertaining to calculate CO2 sequestration capacity and overall yield estimations and consumption of raw material on industrial scale operation.

To operate the lab analytical instruments, conduct timely internal calibration and follow up external calibration of lab instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

To ensure safe disposal of lab waste as per HSE procedure, the storage of adequate quantities of samples, lab reagents and chemicals in compliance with MSDS and proper labeling on containers as per HAZCOM guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the QC & R&D Chemical Lab and overall expectations pertaining to product development, stability studies for project’s validation, ISO standards and principle’s minimum requirement

- To implement and maintain Quality Control System, policies and procedures effectively and supervise all laboratory activities.

- Develop / Review / Update all QC SOP’s as per need basis, ensure effective implementation and provide Necessary training to all users

- To supervise a variety of quantitative and qualitative laboratory tests and analysis of raw material, packaging material, in process premixes, finished goods and research and development products using standard analysis methods and HSE guidelines.

- To investigate any anomalies in laboratory analysis and or operating parameters that may occur.
