Prepare/Review of Mechanical/ Electrical/ ELV Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings for all MEP Systems.

Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical

& interior design.

Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDF Tools

Mechanical,Electrical & ELV System Drawings include:

HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Lighting, Small Power, DB Schedule, SLD of SMDB, BMS, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Tele Communication System, Public Address System, & Combined RCP.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, 3DXmax etc.
