Through my program, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide financial guidance and support. I have also honed my problem-solving skills, navigating complex financial aid systems to ensure students receive the support they need.
Additionally, I have gained experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, utilizing these skills to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness. My experience has also deepened my understanding of the importance of empathy, cultural competence, and social responsibility in serving diverse student populations.
