• Driver training schools:
This certificate serves as the only “Official” proof of successful completion of an eight hour online driver’s manual course based on the Virginia Driver’s Manual for person who have failed the general knowledge test three times.
Electronically send each student of their certificate within 24 hours of completion to the email address provided by the individual during registration.
• Customer:
The certificate must be printed on 8 1/2 by 11 plain white bonded paper. This certificate will not be accepted if printed on color or special designed paper or paper with any form of advertisement on the front or back of the certificate.
Take this certificate to a DMV Customer Service Center to be eligible to take the general knowledge examination a fourth time and thereafter.
• DMV Customer Service Center:
Verify date of completion of the eight hour course is after the third failure.
Do not accept certificate if is not printed on 81/2 by 11 plain white bonded paper or on color or special designed paper or paper with any form of advertisement on the front or back of the certificate.
Do not accept a certificate if it has been altered.
Administer the general knowledge test.
