Maintenance Supervisor & Assistant Chief Engineer
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of HVAC units for numerous properties in the Denver Metro area. Provided emergency and unscheduled repairs of equipment. Performed mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Diagnosed problems, replaced or repaired parts and adjusted as needed. In charge of scheduling for staff and vendors.
