Supervise approximately 15-20 workers. Perform all essential duties in the

Distribution Center in conjunction with the manager including the direction

of the workforce and workflow. Coordinate activities with personnel in

times of overlap and determine labor needs and allocations. Monitor labor

usage and effectiveness as well as prioritize job assignments. Interface with

transportation and enter data as related to receiving, order selection, and

shipping. Work as acting manager in the absence of management staff.
