Marathon Oil Refinery (Calculated Controls) 3-06-19 – 2-28-20

Lead Scheduler for a $450,000 major construction projects at refinery in Robinson, IL. Developed a detail schedule for daily use by contractors.

Developed WBS structure for all projects and contractors

Improved on EVMS used by contractors and engineers

Issued “S” curves and daily schedule reports of the status projects.

Husky Oil Refinery (Calculated Controls) 2-06-18 – 3-01-19

Project Controls Manager for the COF (Crude Oil Flexiblilty Project. A $851,000 expansion project with 2 major turnarounds included.

Developed weekly reporting and monthly reporting methodology

Created Primavera P6 Layouts and project reporting system

Managed weekly/monthly reporting for Husky management in Canada from 4 schedulers and 5 cost engineers

Koch Industries 2-05-13 – 10-06-17

SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Koch Fertilizer serving 5 plants in the US and Canada.

Developed primavera use and training to company employees. Help develop procedures and methods during turnarounds and projects. Created reports and schedule layouts with histograms for management use during these times.

Mentored in-house schedulers in process and teaching others to plan and schedule.

Frontier Oil Company 2012

Responsible for planning and coordinating shutdown activities for major units in the plant such as Crude, Hydrogen, CCR, Ultra-Cracker and Sulfur. Also responsible for invoicing, subcontracts, cost control and site office manager. The resource loaded detail schedules were in P3e.
