As a Turkish Content QATester for Netflix, my responsibilities included checking Turkish content on the platform and writing tickets for translation mistakes. I also tested the Turkish Netflix user interface on various devices to ensure correct translations and a native Turkish appearance. In addition, I found and reported functionality bugs on the Netflix Turkey website and apps on different media devices. I also performed linguistic QA tests and voice-overs in Turkish, ran test cases, and entered clear and concise bugs into the bug tracking database. Furthermore, I ensured the product followed client style guides and glossaries, set up test environments for the required operating systems, identified and reported mismatches and inconsistencies in strings/text/UI, suggested corrections and improvements to the translated text, and evaluated translations in the context of software and documentation. I also communicated with other testers to provide consistent quality.
