I was charged with establishing and running a department incorporating trust, estate and asset management teams to develop additional financial services delivery in the state. This position was created because of another bank acquisition. I was responsible for establishing Nevada specific policies and procedures to integrate among multiple states. We grew from a $2 million office to a $125 million trust and investment group. I instituted a team to develop a unique and proprietary collaborative approach with the medical community utilizing medical malpractice carriers, service delivery of ongoing medical management programs, and various financial providers to ensure financial care for the physicians and ultimately the patients. We were extremely successful in this process for the medical community and parts of this program continue today with both practice management groups and medical malpractice providers in Nevada and California.
