Responsible for completing investigations of premium audits for WC and GL policies to ensure that all class codes, endorsements, and test audit state requirements are met primarily for PA, DE & NY as well as CA.

Responsible for auditing complex large multi-state organizations, public service agencies as well as various small, medium, and large companies such as restaurants, distributors, manufacturing, etc.

Responsible for reviewing policy endorsements, NCCI rules, PAAS Rules, State Manual rules, State Business Registries, etc.; to ensure all entity ownerships, business operations and insurance regulations are verified.

Communicate with the Pennsylvania Control Review Board regarding controversial operations and class code requirements to ensure all state regulatory regulations are properly adhered to in order to prevent any test audit failures.

Coordinating and communicating with underwriting to ensure that any necessary concerns and/or updates are addressed to maintain accurate policy information to ensure the proper coverages and to assist in preventive loss of potential rate revenues.

Responsible for interviewing owners, officers, etc.; to verify current ownership interests are properly up to date and complete a full analysis of all company operations and or recommend any needed class codes based on state regulations.

Responsible for inventory management for multiple carriers to maintain required due dates, progress notifications and agent/carrier communications.

Responsible for reviewing all types of financial records such as payroll reports, quarterly tax filings, general ledger and sales records, income tax returns and financial statements.

Preparing and writing reports for general liability, worker compensation premium audits and loss control risk and safety hazards to support or recommend the required NCCI & ISO guidelines for applicable state class codes and classifications and/or recommendations of potential loss for commercial risk.

Preparing photos, diagrams and supporting photographs of potential risk hazards.

Provided training and mentorship to new and experienced auditors with respect to auditing procedures, software training and overall general guidance towards maximizing their assigned inventory.

Participated in managing groups of audit teams and their inventories to improve time service to the carrier partners.
