• Interface PLCs to DeltaV and Honeywell DCS systems using Modbus TCP, EthernetIP, RS485 and RS232 protocols. Change ladder logic for new points etc…
• PLC & HMI maintenance/programming for GE Fanuc 90-30, RX3i, CompactLogix, Triconex, Modicon, PanelView, Proface HMIs using RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, Proworx32, Unity Pro and TriStation software packages.

• Modify existing Allen Bradley PLCs hardware and ladder logic to allow multiple communications paths for DCS communications. For example, tank gauging systems being hardwired RS485 to old Honeywell HPMs and we need to migrate them to Honeywell Experion via SCADA channels. This is completed using Prosoft cards and MOXA Modbus gateways.
• Configure SIS Triconex PLCs upon arrival to site. This consists of updating node numbers, TCM configuration, initial PLC program loading and interfacing to the Honeywell or DeltaV DCS.
• Participate in hardware and software FAT and SAT. Recommend changes and verify SIS logic.
• Interface analyzers to DCS systems via Modbus TCP, RS485 and RS232 protocols
• DeltaV VIM controller programming, DeltaV dataset configuration, troubleshooting
• Aid in cut-over procedures during DCS upgrades, work with I&E for DCS loop checks, PI point cut-overs
• Interfacing HART enabled devices to DeltaV AMS using Ethernet COMTROL devices and HART multiplexers over RS485.
• Aid in software and hardware upgrades of DeltaV and Honeywell DCS systems on a yearly basis. Work with Honeywell and guide On Process Migrations (OPM) to completion.
