●In January of 2019 my step-father started his mental decline that would eventually lead to his death as he went into the hospital for a prolonged period, due to complications of stroke and heart attack. I began to take over as his mode of transport and medical care at home during this time.

●April 2020 he went into the hospital again for a stroke. This would lead to a long journey of recovery and physical therapy which I aided him in practicing bi-weekly.

●In the days leading up to February 6th my stepfather became increasingly sick and frail, my duties consisted of cleaning his room, assigning his meds to his day sorter, and assisting him to the restroom.
