Provide a high fevel of customer service and promote a restaurant styfe dining

Maintain the kitchen clean and safe and sanitary condition at aff times.

Adhere to cleaning schedufes as assigned.

Assist in dining room cleaning.

Ensure safety and cautionary signage is disptayed appropriatety.

Maintains the cfeanfiness of the kitchen work areas and follows proper washing and

sanitation of glasses, work areas, utensifs, pantries, floors, equipment, etc. Washes

worktables, wats, refrigerators, equipment and afl refated surfaces and counters.

Sweeps and mops ffoor.
