Seeking a full time position as a director of rehabilitation will skills gained through previous employment as a director of rehab and as an occupational therapist assistant. I have obtained a degree in bachelors of healthcare administration. I have approximately three years experience as a director of rehab overseeing the department as well as managing a therapy budget. Some of my duties include chart audits, filing of documentation, strong and thorough communication with administrative personnel concerning changes within the therapy department. Managing the therapy schedule for my department as well as taking and implementing corrective action after chart reviews or chart audits. Organizational skills is a strong point of mine as well as a key to success with running a smooth and successful department.
