As a project manager, I have started and completed 75+/- residential homes for multiple builders ranging from tract homes to full custom. I have started and completed commercial remodels. I specialize in structure and rough trades/framing. While as a project manager, I have utilized skills including but not limited to sub contractor agreements, scheduling, time management and code compliance. I have worked directly and indirectly with the municipalities, inspectors and architects/engineers to identify and correct and code compliant methods.

Accurate Home Inspections

As a home inspector, I received a license by the state of Florida as well as became a Certified Master Inspector by NACHI. As a home inspector, I identified code and safety related deficiencies in all aspects related to homes; shell, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc. I worked directly with contractors, realtors and home purchases and sellers by providing clear and concise reports detailing the deficiencies found.

During my time with Coastal, I learned how to identify different species of pests: ants, bees, wasps, roaches, et cetera. As well as the different ways to eliminate or control them. While working as a Contract Laborer, I have had experience with many things such as; full home remodels, tile work, flooring, plumbing, electrical and landscaping as a laborer or project supervisor. I worked as an ironworker and site planner on gas plants and frack well sites. During these jobs, I had to implement time management, team building, communication, as well as learning new skills for each job set. Many facets of a Contract Laborer/foreman require self motivation as well as being able to work with a team.
