TECHNICAL:

1. HSS Engineering project, the bridge

construction planks were cast at the

2. Spun pile test: PDA evaluated bearing capacity using a transducer. In this case of the readings around 300mm-450kN>, 600mm-1200kN>

3. Bore pile test: The hard layer is tested using the Point Load Test (PLT), which is conducted when hard layers are encountered while boring for the bored piles being carried out. Designspecifications values of 1MPa>. When a rock stratum is encountered, boring is carried out through it using a diamond-bit boring drill. The length of the bored pile socketed in the rock stratum is referred to as “rock socket length” in accordance with construction drawings.

4. Sonic logging to test for the integrity of the concrete. 2% from the overall piles.

5. First time doing the Statnamic Test from regular MLTs for the Bore pile 2xSWL 12000kN. The test lasted less than 3 minutes with loud explosive noise. The settlement is calculated from the impact. The maximum allowable remaining the same standard

application 25mm.

The ground at rural plantations palm oil area contain of peat soil to marine clay joining at Sg Pulai JOHOR which located in between of Kukup/Tg Bin and Tg Pelepas Port. Total cost RM640mil. Depending on the site require a temporary bridge. The technical output is typical tact welding application joined are cleaned, inserted into the electrofusion fitting with a temporary clamp if required and a voltage normally 40V is applied.
