Providing network operations support for Cox Business customers

●Investigate Backbone equipment, routing and transport failures and manage them to resolution, routing troubleshooting, route object verification/creation. SONET DWDM/ROADM, IP, MPLS, ISIS, OSPF, BGP routing protocols. Consistently high problem and ticket resolution.

●Configure and troubleshoot firewall policy information as well as collaborate with 3rd tier tech support and field operations to resolve equipment failures. Provide support to Tier 1 and 2 groups, vendors, and internal peers.
