Oversees all aspects of human resources for AIS (about 140 employees), located locally in York and across the US.

In charge of safety for the company, which includes training and certifications.

Implemented 90-day review process and annual review process for entire company.

Recruited for large scale job in Fabrication shop in 2022—over 60% increase in welding production which needed 50% increase in employees (welders) in the shop. Was able to move employees to other departments within the company when the job concluded in early January 2023.

Created a new employee recognition program for service awards and a calendar of employee events throughout the year (food trucks, employee luncheon activities, etc.)

Successfully implemented a self-funded health insurance program effective January 2020 which allowed the organization to save money on medical premiums by coaching employees how to manage their health better. This also resulted in a zero increase for the 2021 medical renewal.
