-Collected a variety of specimens for a variety of specialty physicians; mainly blood samples, by venipuncture, vacutainer butterfly, from a wide range of patients of all ages
-Maintaining HIPPA regulations by using 3 proper patient identifiers as well as verifying ordering physician
-Utilized computerized database to accurately verify patient identification and doctor’s orders
-Correctly labeled all specimens, and process (both blood and urine) as needed for testing
-Review schedule on a daily basis, contact patients as needed for additional information such as insurance, Doctor orders and so forth
