(QUOTATIONS AND PHOTOGRAPHS)

I, the undersigned, give and grant permission to APPLEBEE'S SERVICES, INC. and its affiliated companies to use and employ any quotation about Applebee’s by me or photograph of me. I understand that these quotations and photographs may be used for the primary purpose of sharing words by and pictures of Applebee’s guests on Facebook and other incidental media presentation or in-restaurant marketing materials. By signing this Release, I consent to the use of my words about Applebee’s and my photograph for such purposes and I release Applebee’s Services, Inc. and its affiliates from any liability related to the use of those words and photographs. I have read this Release and I have signed it with full knowledge and understanding of its contents. I agree and intend to be legally bound by this Release. I have read and understand these terms and agree to all of them. I am over the age of 18. If I am not over the age of 18, my parent or guardian has signed the terms of this Release.
