Entry Level Prep Cook

Hello My Name Daniel McKoy I have lived Beaumont CA for about 17 years now I was Born in

New Haven Connecticut my first job here in California as a prep cook at The Village health care center in Hemet my job was making and baking desserts such as cakes and pies and other pastries and help the cook if and when they needed it I was there from 2005 till 2015 then I moved on to work at a Casino it was Morongo Casino I worked at Potrero Canyon Buffet there I was a cook 3 which was the entry level for a cook my job was to prep for the following week such as cut and season fish cooking the pasta noodles for the front of the house I have experience in cooking with a fryer and making pizzas and pastas there I was there from 2015 to 2019 I was let go do too the Covid 19 breakout and then after that I worked at a Hospital for about a year then I went back to Morongo and I started working at Pit Stop small diner by the bowling alley l learned how to read tickets and learned the different temperature of steaks and there I was a cook 1 which is next to being a Sous Chef was next I think I would a great team member to your company
