Designed, developed and deployed the current National Motor Fuel Diversion and Import Registry System, i.e., fueltrac.us (from scratch). Rewrote the entire system in numerous languages using multiple databases and application platforms. Enabled tax adjustments on motor fuel travelling interstate through this system. This system presently records over one billion gallons of fuel annually and collects over $250M in motor fuel tax annually.
Deployed a Sybase IQ data warehouse solution to streamline subscription churn analysis and client targeting for St. Petersburg Times.
