Started out doing secondary work on small Bowey drilling parts, soldering small wire for lamp socket, deburring of parts, hand assembly.

Moved to injection molding and visually inspecting parts, helped in hand assembly and secondary work when needed.

Put in plating department in 2000, where in charge of plating all parts (silver, copper, nickel, tin, and gold}, also in charge of all shipping and preparing parts for shipment, schedule all orders for on time delivery. Write all work orders to machinist and hand assembly to ensure all parts are manufactured and shipped on schedule.

Some lab testing to check plating thickness and solder ability on parts requiring a certification, first article inspection reports, balloon drawings, determine cause of rejected parts for corrective action report. All final inspections using micrometer and caliper to ensure parts match prints,

Set up hand assembly machines with proper bushing for parts. Fill in where ever needed, have also worked on quotes for customers and responded on emails and fax.
