Duties and Responsibilitie:
● Manage the store in terms of inventory and merchandising, inter-transfer, back store replenishment, right usage of fixtures, stock density, store sale and promotional signage’s/collaterals, implementation of store basis, sales performance, and department/brand contribution.
● Analyzes stocks per brand and provides reports to the Inventory control for course of action. ● Ensures all products are priced tagged and barcoded before display.
● Clearance of the soiled and damaged items.
● Awareness of potential areas in the store of risks and shrinkage and provide corrective action. Sales Management
● Ensures sales target are always achieved.
● Submits weekly and monthly sales performance and analysis reports.
● Develops and implements action plans for the achievement of targets.
● Conducts market and competition survey and studies.
● Computes and assigns individual sales target for each staff monthly and monitors individual’s achievement.
