Effectively communicate in all forms with insured's, claimants, attorneys, body shops, medical providers and vendors.

Supervised call center employees within our operation receiving and making outbound calls in response to a catastrophic event.

Partnered with zone-wide departments to staff the call center to meet the customer's needs during the week and weekends.
