Maintenance for up to 50 family unit/building; sweeping, mopped, organized the recycling and trash.

Empty and trash items from tenants who moved out.

Repair and construct apartments for new upcoming tenants; paint, build walls, replace pipes, etc.

On call emergencies for repairs, hot water, cold water, lights out, heater repair, key replacement.

Weekly inventory/ report to the manager to see what’s needed, what was done and to do next. Skills: Spanish & English as second language, over 5 years experiences as supervisor.
