Primary responsibility

November 2018 thru October 20212018 November: Started my career as a package delivery driver: 2019 February, I transferred to the safety department. 2019 June I became Fleet/Safety /Maintenance Manager until present
My responsibility consists of making sure all DA’S (Driver Associates) were up to date on safety measures pertaining to driving regulations; everyone stayed six feet apart and mask are worn at all times due to the pandemic; making sure everyone signed into their mentor and their scores were above 800; fastening of their seat belt at all times. Belt must go around you and not behind you; drivers are not to use cell phones while driving
All drivers must perform a pre and post check on their vehicles; any concerns will be recorded on their inspection form at the end of the day; any findings would be e-mailed to me, to correct first thing in the morning
Each day we would check each vehicle thoroughly interior and exterior and if there were findings, we would correct or take to the repair shop

I hired people to run the business when I was not there. After my retirement in 1998, I managed the business as the manager. 2012, I sold the business due to the decrease in economy.
