Assists working Participants with job retention; assesses when participants are in need of services to deal with stress and rigors of working, explains to participants how to obtain needed support services, such as but not limited to supplemental grants and transitional benefits; follows-up with participants to ensure they are able to access needed support services.

Provides emergency assistance to avert/ alleviate crisis situation, such as eviction/homelessness and or utility shutoff.

Recertifies cases for financial eligibility within regulatory timeframes.
