May 27-29, 2014: Conducted a 3 day class at TSIF (TSA Systems Integration Facility, Arlington VA) which include MDI 9800 (SEIO) EDS CONOPS/USER/OSARP. The training was designed to provide the stake holders and end users of CTX9800 SEIO the operational aspect of the machine. The course covered operational safety, daily routine - e.g. startup, shutdown, fault resets, running IQ and levels of screening, as well as a brief introduction to OSARP (On Screen Alarm Resolution Protocol) to be able to identify objects and components of IED on both the 3D screen (left screen) and CT screen (right screen).

The intent of ASAP Advantage is to measure and improve checkpoint and checked baggage screening detection points by conducting frequent operational testing; meaningful debriefings; local analysis; and implementing recommendations.
Team Lead 2 is responsible for:
• Coordinating all members, responsibilities, and requirements of the local ASAP Advantage team
• Ensuring that all team members conduct ASAP Advantage assessments and all related support activities according to the requirements established by the ASAP Advantage SOP
• Scheduling, planning, and implementing the required ASAP Advantage assessments
• Building or coordinating the building of test bags for use during assessments
• Identifying and scheduling the necessary role player(s) for each assessment

As a resource to the Federal Security Director, I assist in planning, directing, scheduling, evaluation and integration of training and professional services to the workforce; coordinating plans, programs, standards, and procedures governing airport-wide training and professional development products and services.

As a ramp agents I was responsible for all ground servicing of an aircraft while in the airport between flights.
Guiding the pilots with hand signals or orange flashlight
wands into position next to the gate. When the plane came to a stop we were responsible for the aircraft to be secured and routine safety checks were done. Ramp agents chock the wheels of the plane and guide the jet bridge (the enclosed ramp connecting the airport gate to the aircraft) to the aircraft door. Pushing out the aircrafts on the runway in position for take off.
