Currently an active full time Control Room Supervisor, (MCIO) in a high tech data center in the South Bay Area. As a Control Room Supervisor, I assist in the daily rhythm of business and compliance. I assist the AOs’ and SSM. I supervise and help support screening officers, responders and monitor SOC functions. Support technicians with their ticket requests. Assist and support CBRE with service tickets and vendor response. Create new access tickets for access.

(off and on employment) Contract security services. Provide security throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Assigned at many different accounts. I worked as a flex-officer was well. patrol, observe and report activity. Train new officers. Worked in many different security control rooms. Monitor cctv’s and alarms. Worked with CCure 800 software and S2 security system.

Oakwood Apartments- In house security officer, promoted to supervisor in 2003.

Job duties- Patrol large apartment communities. Complete key-inventory daily. Patrol premises, observe and report activity. Respond to resident complaints. Write log and incident reports. Conduct field interviews of trespassers. Remove unwanted visitors from property. Conduct gate inspections, assist rental office for after hour guest check-in. Explain lease agreement and house rules to new tenants. Collect deposits. Deliver property management notices to tenants. Enforce parking and write citations. Enforce some PC if necessary. Assist EMS personnel or police on property.

Certifications and requirements- As an Oakwood security officer we were CPR/First Aid certified. Baton, side handle and tear gas (mace) licensed to carry. Handcuffs were a requirement as well. All training was required.

Silver Shield Security-Contract security services. High tech industry assignments in South Bay Area. Relieve receptionists for breaks and lunches. Patrol, make photo badges, observe and report activity. No weapons necessary.
