I worked in the conversion department. The carpet would come to us in a large roll and we were responsible for making sure the carpet was the right quality to send to our customers. Along with the quality I was responsible for running the machine to cut the carpet into the correct size and to make sure the cut on the carpet was clean and presentable I then sent it through the roller and had it taped and ready to be labeled, boxed, and sent out for the orders. ** The quality I had to make sure it was the correct shade, the correct thickness, the correct product overall, and had to make sure it was presentable to sell to the customer and general public, if I would not buy it myself I would not send it out. You have to be confident in what you are sending or else how can someone be confident in receiving your product. Education
