Simulation project on Market Place Simulations, which is a website that is used to give an experience of authentic marketing. We worked in teams on creating and marketing Bikes and competed against other teams. Each unit has 6 members each specializing in different areas, my primary role was in advertisement and my secondary role was Business analysis. Work Experience
● Mod Pizza, February 2022-January 2023, I was a crew member at Mod Pizza and worked there for one year. I learned great teamwork skills with my coworkers as well as problem-solving skills. I also developed great customer service skills since my main job was interacting with and assisting customers.
● Raleys, March 2023-April 2023, Courtesy Clerk was my position and my main task was Ecart, which is shopping for people who make either online orders or phone orders.
● The UPS Store, September 2023- Present, my primary responsibilities revolve around the efficient management of shipping operations. This includes facilitating outbound shipments, receiving drop-offs, and providing comprehensive assistance to customers in managing their packages. Additionally, I am responsible for accurately entering relevant information into our system, ensuring the seamless flow of data, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our logistics processes.
