Assist with upper Tier network and customer service support for Digital Realty mission critical data centers world wide.

Manage all Change Management for Fiber, Network and Facility environmental equipment – monitoring of all network nodes and BMS systems.

Conduct network verification testing on new and existing installations in conjunction with Network and Data Center Technicians
