Technician/Programmer, Machinist
Aerospace Industry
OBJECTIVE
I am looking for a company that is
willing to utilize my tenure in
manufacturing will add value or
contribute to the organization. I enjoy
metal working and being intimately
involved in projects; whether from
development level or continuously
improving legacy products. I am
seeking a company that
communicates and thrives on
teamwork.
PROFILE
My background in the Aerospace
Industry has given me the opportunity
to prototype and fine tune part
manufacturing. I am a highly effective
problem solver that has been involved
in determining root cause, corrective
actions, and salvaging hardware.
I have strong understanding of
weldments, heat treatments, special
processing, and materials necessary
for part and assembly manufacturing.
I have thorough background in
design, GD&T, dimensional inspection,
tooling (dies, laser fixturing, weld
fixturing, inspection/restraining
gauging, hydroforming, break press
tooling, and more). This is inclusive of
both sheet metals and machined
products.
I had been introduced to Lean
Manufacturing in the last few years
and how important it is for a company
to be competitive in these
manufacturing times.
