Liaison with third party vendors (appraisal, title, insurance, agents, etc.).
Work directly with the Underwriting and Closing departments to ensure the quality of loan submissions.
Coordinate closing dates directly with closers and borrowers.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of continually changing guidelines to ensure all mortgage regulations are being met during the Underwriting, Processing and Closing of each transaction.
