Title:
“Why Childrens Environemntal Health?”
This was a Government funded educational seminars provided to 6 New England states on Children's Environemntal Health. Educational audience focused on Nurses and Allied Health Care Providers serving the Pediatric population with focus on low socioeconomical settings.
Educational focus was on identification and prevention of environmental hazards existing where children, live, play and learn. Tools and resources were provided to participants for the purpose of extending the information to families and other community outreach focus groups in order to increase awareness, recognition, remediation and treatment, most importantly to prevent exposure to environmental toxins.
