I have served Kareem Jabar at the Tampa Downtown Hyatt, Diana Ross at the Causeway Marriot, Ja rule, Clarence Carter, too many political figure, Steve and Lucky Peterson in History Ybor City.
Remembering 1973, Pusan Korea, during the close of Vietnam a hungry child my own age left begging on the streets as a way of life growing up in a battle torn country. Back in Okinawa having my own room with a television my innocence was dispersed, discovering the world did not live as well as I believed. As a blessed 13-year-old turned to poetry as an outlet of self-healing and understanding.
