* Equipments Maintenance(GDM baby diaper & pant production machine, Optima Packaging Machine, Perini and Casmatic Machines)
* Maintenence and repairs of Mechanical and pneumatic systems.
* Participated in the Installation of Upgraded Ultrasonic 8 heads unit for size 3,4 & 5 diapers.
* Installation, fixing and replacement of Servo motors, electric motors and other components.
* Participating in FORMAT changes for different SKU
*Daily/hourly maintenance Of mechanical equipment during production to ensure spare parts are available incase Of scheduled maintenance and to ensure maximum output Of plant.
*Maintenance Of chains carpers and conveyors during scheduled maintenance.
*Maintenance and servicing of Air compressor, cleaning of fliter and ensure all valves and hose in good condition.
*Operation and maintenance of packaging machine. Inspection of compressor oil level and temperature and all parameters during machine running
*Ensure the plant equipments are monitored during running condition and participate in both preventive and shut down maintenance fore ffective and optimal production.
*Interval checking of temperature and pressure gauges of equipment during operations.
*Using temperature gun and ensure the pumps and valves runs at normal temperature.
*Maintenance Of hydraulic and pneumatic system equipment and parts (hydraulic cylinders, powerpack, pneumatic valves and assembling Of hose and pipes and seals.)
*Ensure Proper alignment Of coupling after assembling.
* Use of SAP ERP in generating order numbers for spares used, closing of job orders.
* Writing and giving of comprehensive reports of activities carried out to incoming shifts.
* Ensuring and participating in 5S processes, Health, Safety and environmental tips.
* Ensuring Products conforms to quality
