Served as lead on implementing the Dell VXRail virtual desktop environment, installing on the Unity 380 SAN in the VMware environment, and installing the Unity 400 SAN in the VMware environment.

Republic Mortgage Insurance Company • Winston-Salem, NC 1998 – 2011 Increased Responsibilities to Network Server Engineer (2000 – 2011) Provided support / maintenance on server hardware and operating systems on 250 servers for this independent national provider of private mortgage insurance. Deployed / troubleshot in-house developed software, during hours or after hours. Researched new solutions to improve manageability and efficiency. Screened solution providers for spam filtering. Ensured strong solution and deployed Enterprise Spam filtering software, eliminating the spam issue and increasing efficiencies on this three-month project. Provided support and resolved issues for four satellite offices. Deployed secure email solution (Cisco Ironport) and set up TLS security and encryption testing with client customers.
