VALVE TECH ADVANTAGE XPO 12/2022 – 12/2023

Contracted for CELEROS (formerly known as SPX FLOW) in the same capacity as when employed.

VALVE TECH SPX FLOW (M&J VALVE) 2/2002 – 4/2022

·Assemble a variety of gate valves for the Petrochemical Industry ranging from 4” to 42” in diameter.

oInspection of raw materials before assembly

oReview pick list to determine if all parts are present

oAssemble valves based on blue prints using an overhead crane, scissor lift, and fork lift to move and position parts

oUse air power tools to assemble

·Hydro-test valves

oPerform test spec procedure (shell, seat test, double-block, etc.) based on customer requirements

oPerform pressure testing and bleed air from valve depending on the series of valve

oIf required by the customer, use a Pressure Circular Chart Recorder to rule out leaks

·Prepare valve and go through procedures for testing with 3rd party inspectors. Provide any necessary information or documentation needed for them to perform their test.
