I have helped many people as a supervising job coach, counselor, mentor and facility manager for sober living adults and adolescents. Bright Heart Health is an online substance use disorder treatment facility and eating disorders treatment facility. My responsibilities were answering calls, forwarding potential patients to the correct personnel such as to the eating disorder therapist or the alcohol use disorder counselor or possibly the opiate disorder hotline just to name a few. Bright Heart Health served 36 states nationwide, so I was responsible for knowing the different insurance’s accepted in all the different states, and teaching potential patients the extent of their insurance coverage and what out-of-pocket expenses that they would be responsible for. I also instructed patients how to use the Zoom meeting and conference application, which they would use for their personal therapy sessions and their doctor appointments. I was also allotted the duty of locating a distributor for all of Bright Heart Health’s patients urine tests. After packaging the UA’s I mailed them to all the patients when needed.

Responsible for the management of a twelve man sober living facility. Some of my daily tasks were as follows: Assign weekly jobs to each client for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility and made sure each client understood the proper cleaning procedures for each facility job and taught them if they did not know how.
