Maintain the Excel sheet that I had made up for sales and upfront office to request work to be done. This excel sheet was accessible for the outside service or road technician also delivery drivers for the tractor trailers, which we had two of. Responsible for all trailers and service trucks to be serviced on a regular basis. My program was based off of every 4000 miles.
The vehicle came in and got an oil change in any service that needed to be done.
When we were shorthanded, I would go out there and work on the fleet vehicles.
Also, in charge of submitting and keeping track of all warranty claims for the service department.
Ordered all supplies needed for the fleet repair and negotiated with vendors for outside facility maintenance like air.
