Psychic Ability runs in my family and was treated as a fact of life. As children we were taught to fine tune our skills by practicing certain exercises to become open to our subconscious and that which connects us all or life (also known as CHI) energy. We would hold up cards and one would act as a “sender” and visualize the color of the card and the other child would open their mind (or third eye) and “see” the color. From there we would go on to the suit and number. We would also interpret our dreams over the breakfast table.
