Republic Mortgage Insurance Company (RMIC) protects lenders from losses due to defaults on first mortgages for single-family residential properties. We strongly believe in providing mortgage insurance services supported by outstanding customer service with a personal touch.

Applications worked on

PASS (Policy Administration Servicing System): This project has modules such as maintain Certificate, Premium Process, Inquiries and Mass process. This application activates certificates, cancels coverage and delinquent Certificates, Calculates Premiums, processes Claims and modification Certificates, handles exceptions and Generates invoices for the customers.

ALPS: This application is the Originated system and allows the RMIC customers to write an automated Underwriting System.

ELS (Electric Loan Submission): This application is an originated system that allows external RMIC customers to submit loans online.

RMIC Direct: This application is a web-based application used by external RMIC customers and enables the user’s active MI coverages, confirm premium coverage information, verify the certificate status, transfer servicing, file claims-for-loss, view billing history and cancel coverage.

CUPID: This application enables RMIC to maintain customer information and data available to the other applications such as ALPS, PASS, and ELS.

Responsibilities

Create and review Test plans, Acceptance Test cases from the PBI and user stories.
