• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Assistant Customers whenever they needed help looking for items, sometimes going in the warehouse too check.
• Unload the truck with the jack & cut open the pallets and sort each item for different departments. For the bigger more expensive items organized them accordingly then use Big Joe to put the more heavier items at the top of the shelves in the warehouse.
• Bring different merchandise to the front and organize them accordingly. Use the scanner to help identify where each items goes if you are having trouble finding the location.
• Stock each merchandise on the sales floor if a location is empty use the scanners too scan the spot too see if we have more items in the warehouse. Bring whenever items that are empty on the sales floor from the warehouse to stock the items so the shelves won’t look empty.
• Pick only orders with the scanner and do online shipping & packaging each item that is getting shipped out either the same day or the next business day. Make sure everything is properly packaged and organized that way the customer is satisfied with their order.
• Do online picks that is being timed! Make sure you pick each item and place it in the front by the register so it could be picked up on time whenever the customer is able to come into the store and receive it.
• Scan broken and damaged items, place them in a tote and stack the totes on a pallet, wrap the pallet and scan the appropriate barcode so the pallet can be delivered to the main distribution.
• Scan different items that were stolen or damaged or missing a part of the items, if needed mark down the price. Or fill out the appropriate form for the stolen items Education
