● Business Analyst for Underwriting Solutions Team: Rotational role to support team the underwriters actively working on the floor, into a cohesive, organized, efficient work environment. Our Solutions team was responsible for creating new procedures, calculators, hard stops in the Cadence system, and identifying any gaps/errors along the way. I was responsible for leading project teams towards end goals, which involved working with developers testing the project, vetting out any issues, traveling for face to face innovation on these projects and delivering a well-tested efficient product on time. I was offered this BA role as a permanent position and at the same time I was offered a Manager position.

● Front end Underwriter Role:

On an in-bound team to support our Originators/Loan Officers with complex product, guideline and scenario questions during their live call with borrowers. This was a fast paced and expected accuracy for efficiency, retention of borrowers and try mitigate bank risk.
