ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Because of my accurate and precise way of painting the parts, my supervisor would counsel other employees to visit me so that they could bring up their quality up my standards.

I have high integrity, so if I see others trying to take short cuts on their quality work, I counsel them that it will lead to units that are flawed, so they respect my advise & their quality goes up.

When given an assignment, I make sure I understand exactly what the details of the assignment are by asking them to restate the details so that I'll get it right the first time, all the time.

I am observant, so if I see a safety hazard, such as some improperly stored chemicals or other items not in their proper place, I report these to my supervisor.

I am a team player because I have good communications with my coworkers and we plan so that we support each other to achieve the goal set for us to accomplish.

Because I am a loyal employee, if the employer requests me to work overtime on weekdays or Saturdays, I accept the assignment cheerfully.
